Anderson Community Development Corporation
Mission: The goal of the Anderson Community Development Corporation is to enhance and augment economic development projects within certain redevelopment areas encompassed in the city limits of Anderson, South Carolina. Working as a member of the South Carolina Association of Community Development Corporations (SCACDC), the Anderson Community Development Corporation offers assistance in economically distressed areas while placing emphasis on economic development in communities left out of the economic mainstream.
- 501(c)3 – Non-profit Corporation
- Board members appointed by City Council for three-year terms
- Board composition is limited to citizens within the redevelopment areas, business/banking industry professionals, and City Council members
- Meet the first Thursday of every month at 12 p.m., Municipal Business Center, First Floor Conference Room
