Business Licenses
Anyone who will be opening a new business with the City limits of Anderson will be required to have a City of Anderson business license.
Code Compliance
Prior to obtaining a City of Anderson business license, you will be required to have a code compliance inspection from the Building and Codes Department for the building that you are leasing or purchasing in order to be sure that the building is up to code for your particular type of business. The cost of the code compliance inspection is $20 – $60, depending on the extent of the inspection.
