Administration Duties
- Includes Office of the Mayor, City Council, City Manager and Assistant City Manager
- Provides staff support for the Mayor, Anderson City Council and other city departments
- Responsible for planning and coordination to implement the goals and policies set by City Council
- Establishes the agenda for Council meetings
- Provides research assistance and conflict resolution for citizen complaints
- Preparation and administration of the annual City Budget
- Development of City Wire monthly Newsletter and other publications for city-wide distribution
