Electric City Transit's Title VI Policy
In accordance with ECT's responsibilities under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and pursuant to 49 CFR 21.9 (d), it is ECT's goal to ensure that no one is denied participation in, or denied the benefits of, or is otherwise discriminated against in the provision of public transportation by bus because of race, color, or national origin or income level.

Electric City Transit is in compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 49 CFR 21.9(d).

Any information regarding ECT's Title VI policy/procedures can be requested from ECT's Operations Department. ECT has established a Title VI complaint procedure for anyone who believes he or she has been discriminated, against in violation of this policy. Complaints related to Title VI can be filed with ECT's Operations Department.
