The Anderson Municipal Court
- Hears on a daily basis all traffic and criminal cases which occur in the City of Anderson.
- Sets bonds and holds Preliminary Hearings for State criminal court matters which occur in the City of Anderson.
- Meets with citizens to determine the issuance of warrants for alleged criminal offenses.
- Meets with individuals to evaluate granting extensions on the payment of fines and/or assessments and/or restitution ordered by the City Court.
- Conducts Pre-Trial and Jury Trial sessions on a monthly basis.
- Issues arrest warrants and tries fraudulent check cases for City businesses.
