Beginning September 1, 2015 there will be a non-resident fee charged when booking recreation facilities. The City of Anderson Parks and Recreation Department has two rooms and two gymnasiums that are available to the community for meetings, activities, celebrations, birthday parties, wedding receptions, athletic tournaments, baby showers, trade shows and other special occasions.

Rental Information
• The Parks and Recreation staff will set up tables and chairs for your event as close as possible to the verbal layout or diagram as provided. Due to liability issues, you are not permitted to set up or take down the tables and chairs. Because of other regulations, staff must also do the cleaning.

• Overtime charges are assessed when a rental does not occur during normal business hours. It will be at the discretion of the Facility Coordinator to determine the number of staff needed to supervise and clean the area after your event. All rentals must end by 11:00pm, including clean up time.

• The time for decorating and clean up of your personal items is included in your rental ,time. If you need extra time before or after your event, it must be agreed upon when signing the Use Agreement and will be charged for at the same hourly rate.

• All balances are due one month prior to event
